Original Greenacres around Swain Boulevard and Jackson Avenue, River Bridge, Smith Farm, Windward, Sherbrooke Estates, Palm Beach National, Dillman Road and the newer builds off Lake Worth Road. We also cover the pockets that share a Greenacres mailing address but sit closer to Wellington or Haverhill.
What most Greenacres homes need
The housing stock here is mostly single-family and townhouse drywall on wood studs, which is the fastest and cheapest install there is. Where it gets interesting is the CBS block exterior walls on the 1970s and 1980s homes – those need masonry anchors rather than lag bolts, and we carry both. If your living room has an accent wall in stone or tile we will bring diamond bits so nothing chips.
Hiding the cables
For $50 per TV we run the HDMI and power inside the wall instead of leaving them dangling. It is two small cut-outs, a low-voltage bracket behind the screen, a second one behind the media unit, and a patch around each plate. It is the single change that makes a mounted TV look like it came with the house.
Everything else on the punch list
Because we are local, plenty of Greenacres customers keep us for the rest of the small jobs: soundbars, floating shelves, mirrors, gallery walls, curtain rods, microwave over the range, furniture assembly. How quickly can you get here?
Greenacres is minutes from our door, so same-day is realistic most weekdays and we can often work around a narrow window if you are between shifts.
Is the price really flat?
Yes. The size band sets the price, and the only add-ons are the ones listed above. We tell you the total before anything is drilled.
Do you mount TVs on a lanai or patio?
We do, with an outdoor-rated bracket and a sheltered spot. Salt air and afternoon storms are hard on electronics, so we will talk through placement before drilling.
Can you take an old mount down?
Yes, removal and patching is a small add-on and we can do it in the same visit as the new install.
