Older walls, done carefully
Lake Worth has some of the oldest housing stock in the county, and that changes the job. Lath and plaster crumbles if you rush it, so we locate framing first and drill slowly with the right bit rather than punching through. Many of the historic cottages also have shallow stud bays and old wiring, so we check what is behind the drywall before a single hole goes in. On the condo side, poured concrete and block get masonry anchors rated far above the weight of the screen.
Fireplaces and awkward corners
Above a fireplace we look at the heat coming off the firebox and the viewing angle from the sofa before we commit. In nine out of ten Lake Worth living rooms a tilt or full-motion bracket is the difference between a TV you enjoy and a TV you crane your neck at. Corner mounts and articulating arms for galley-style rooms are no problem either.

Questions
Will a mount hold on plaster?
Not on plaster alone – it has to land in the framing behind it. That is exactly why we spend the first few minutes finding studs rather than guessing.
Do you charge extra for a second floor or a walk-up?
No. The price is set by the screen size, not by the stairs.
Can you mount and hide wires on a rental?
We can, but ask your landlord first. In-wall concealment means cutting two small openings, and we can patch and repaint them cleanly when you leave.
What if I have already bought a mount?
Bring it out and we will use it, as long as it is rated for your screen. If it is not, we will tell you before we start and can swap in one of ours.
